Trisha Bowden, LCSW
My name is Trisha Bowden and I am a passionate therapist and social worker. I love working with people from all walks of life—I simply love human connection. My philosophy is that pain travels through families until someone is willing to feel it. I strive to maintain a safe and non-judgmental environment that facilitates healing, authenticity, personal discovery, and growth. I believe that genuine human connection is the foundation of real change.
I got my bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Brigham Young University and my Master of Social Work from Utah Valley University. I have experience doing therapy in both individual and group settings.
I use an integrative approach, drawing from multiple evidence-based practices, and tailored to your individual needs. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well other therapeutic modalities. I’ve worked extensively with incarcerated women who have a wide range of needs. I have specialized experienced in mental health and personality disorders, substance use, trauma, grief and loss, eating disorders, and women’s issues to name a few.
Whether you’re here for healing, clarity, or growth, I’ll walk with you—not as the expert on your life, but as someone committed to helping you become your own.
